Jade first came to Yoga in her early twenties hoping to find a way to manage back pain from a childhood injury. She became totally hooked and relinquished her prior status as a 'self confessed couch potato'.
Jade completed her teacher training in 2018 with Kathy Ran of Yoga University and is trained in Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. Jade has also taken additional training in Working with Injured Students, Applied Anatomy and Teaching Inclusive Yoga.
Jade's ethos is Yoga without all the fluff - plain English, clear instruction and accessible to all.
