Change of Schedule
The Space Yoga & Healing Studio reserves the right to change the schedule in the event of a teacher cancelling a class or no longer supplying teaching services to The Space Yoga & Healing Studio. The Space Yoga & Healing Studio reserves the right to supply a cover or replacement teacher in the event of a cancellation.
Purchasing From Fire Angel Yoga and The Space
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Statement - below, without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your debit/credit card payment will be deducted prior to sending the goods ordered though this will usually be within 3 days of the goods being dispatched. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted, subject to not selling below our cost price.
Fire Angel Yoga and The Space Product Guarantee and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is essential to our success. If you are unhappy with any of our products we will refund any unused items so long as you return them to us at your expense, in a saleable condition (this means unused and with all packaging intact - we do not accept the return of CDs, DVDs or Videos unless they are faulty) within 30 days of purchase. Please call us for approval before returning any used goods. For larger items it may be more convenient for you if we arrange collection (mainland UK only), if this is the case please call us on 07784 141303 to make arrangements. In the event of us collecting the goods a carriage charge of £6.50 including VAT will be deducted from the credit due to you. When returning goods be sure to include your details.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us as soon as possible if there are any problems so that we can arrange for their collection at no cost to you. We will at our option replace the goods or refund monies paid by you.
All debit/credit card transactions are undertaken by WorldPay. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
Fire Angel Yoga and The Space accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, JCB and Solo credit and debit cards and use a secure payment system. Payment can be made and will be charged in £ Sterling. Cheques can be sent to us made payable to Fire Angel Yoga. - please print out your order and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance.
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive an email confirmation. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. You may also print your invoice at the end of the checkout process and can login in to your account to view previous invoices later. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part thereof, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will immediately refund payment by the same method as the payment made.
Deliveries within the UK, excluding The Islands are by Royal Mail or by 2-3 day ‘signed for’ courier service. Goods ordered before 12pm (GMT) will normally be processed and dispatched the same day. Occasionally we may deliver the goods in several consignments but if this is the case we will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.
a 5% delivery charge is automatically added to your purchase unless you are buying a space card or gift voucher, or the product can be collected from the studio.
Cancelling Your Contract
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection of your product, we are unable to specify the collection time, and will require someone to be present when the courier comes.
If you wish to cancel, please write to us at the address below. We require all cancellation requests in writing, within 7 working days starting on the day after you receive the goods from us. Alternatively send an Email to customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

If you need to correct an error in your order after it has been placed please do so by email or by phone immediately as most orders are sent the same day and once the goods have been sent additional carriage costs may be incurred.
